- chop green peppers, coat with salt n pepper n a lil parika, smoked is better..
- take oven dish out of oven, place choped peppers in dish, add the seabass on top & the prawns on top!.
- cut potato into coins & boil, 10 mins..
- chop turnip & onion into small peices, boil for 15 mins then drain n mash..
- use a jar or canned tomato and add garlic & paprika, warm in a pan, wen fish is halfway through cookin take out of oven pour sauce over & continue to cook for stated time..
