  1. Prepare 2 medium of tomatoes.
  2. You need 1 small of onion, chopped.
  3. Prepare 2 clove of garlic.
  4. It's 1/4 of lemon juice.

Quick Salsa step by step

  1. Chop the garlic and the onion really thin. Put some generous serving of salt and mix them with a spoon. The salt will make them turn soft..
  2. Add all the herbs and seasoning you think will work. I recommend basil or oregano, pepper, chilli if you have it..
  3. Chop the tomatoes into small chunks and add to the onion garlic mixture. Squeeze some lemon or lime juice to taste..
  4. Serve and enjoy as a snack. I would recommend serving as a dip with baked tortilla chips or any baked cruncky vegetable, I served it wih gluten free toast and Norwegian bread..
