  5. It's 1 of onion diced.
  6. It's 1 of red bell pepper diced.
  7. It's 4 tbsp of minced garlic in water from jar.
  8. You need 3 tbsp of butter.
  9. You need 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  10. It's 1 tbsp of dried parsley flakes.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of dried chives.
  12. Prepare 1/3 tsp of lemon pepper.
  13. You need 4 cup of noodles.
  14. You need 3 tbsp of chicken bullion.
  15. You need 1 cup of parmesan cheese.
  16. Prepare 2/3 cup of bread crumbs.
