Ingredients of Low Fat Fettuccine Alfredo

  1. It's 1 cup of Low Fat Cooking Cream.
  2. You need 3 tbsp of olive oil.
  3. Prepare 1 clove of minced garlic.
  4. You need 1 pinch of finely chopped parsley.
  5. Prepare 1 small of amount of reduced fat parmesan cheese(grated).
  6. It's 1 pinch of black pepper and salt.

Low Fat Fettuccine Alfredo instructions

  1. Cook Fettuccine pasta as directed on package.
  2. While cooking pasta, put olive oil in a pan.
  3. Toss in minced garlic under low heat.
  4. Stir frequently for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour in low fat cooking cream and stir under medium heat.
  6. Toss in chopped parsley then the reduced fat parmesan along with the black pepper and salt.
  7. Stir for 2 minutes then bring to boil.
  8. When boiling toss in drained fettuccine then mix well.
  9. Leave it for a few seconds under low heat.
  10. Taste it if it needs any extra salt.
  11. Put it in a bowl then serve hot.
