- It's 1 cup of Low Fat Cooking Cream.
- You need 3 tbsp of olive oil.

- Cook Fettuccine pasta as directed on package.
- While cooking pasta, put olive oil in a pan.
- Toss in minced garlic under low heat.
- Stir frequently for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in low fat cooking cream and stir under medium heat.
- Toss in chopped parsley then the reduced fat parmesan along with the black pepper and salt.
- Stir for 2 minutes then bring to boil.
- When boiling toss in drained fettuccine then mix well.
